The product I want is out of stock. When will it come back?
We always try to keep an updated stock status with arrival dates. If you are interested in a specific product, please send us an email at support@vrgaming.store and we will do our best to respond when that particular product comes in again.

I am missing a product on your website that I would like to order.
We’re constantly trying to find the next product to bring into the store. If you have any requests, please send a message to support@vrgaming.store and we will look into the possibility of adding the product to our range.

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. Please note that orders placed on a Swedish public holiday will only be shipped the following weekday.

My product came with a broken part or is defective. What do I do now?
Please contact us at support@vrgaming.store with your order number or receipt and give a brief explanation of the problem. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

I wish to cancel all or part of my purchase. How do I do it?
You have a 14-day right of return from the date you recieve the product. If it is within this period, please contact us at support@vrgaming.store with your order number and which products you wish to return. We will then get back to you with further instructions on where to make the return.

What is your shipping cost?
We have free shipping if you buy for more than 100 EUR Otherwise there is a charge of 9.99 EUR on your purchase.
