1. About VRGaming
VRGaming is operated by the company XReality Sweden AB (Org 559345-6733). The company is based in Sweden. The company’s postal address is Fjällsippevägen 61, 275 39 Sjöbo, Sweden Please note that this is not the company’s warehouse address.

2. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all the details of the products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail to support@vrgaming.store.
When ordering, you have the option to make your payment with payment options from our payment provider Stripe.
3. Delivery
We use DHL, Bring and in some cases Postnord for our deliveries. Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the item.
If there are any delays in delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the following e-mail address: support@vrgaming.store.
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for return freight, a shipping fee and a handling fee, currently 25 EUR
4. Prices
All prices in the shop are quoted in EUR and all prices include 25% VAT. Correct VAT will be calculated based on your location at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, currency adjustments, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price at any time.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the date you have received an item that you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you regret your decision. The notification must be sent to us at support@vrgaming.store within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Your message must clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to be returned.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
You as the buyer are responsible for the postage when exercising the right of withdrawal. If you purchase your own transportation service, we do not reimburse returns that are lost along the way, so we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. Returns must also be sent as a business parcel as returns sent to an agent are not collected.
For a fee of 9,99 EUR / 14,99 EUR, you as a customer can choose to receive a return slip (DHL) as a pdf to print. Ask for this in the email you send to us. The fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you when we process your return.
We reserve the right to deduct from the amount of the refund an amount equal to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the product in case of used or damaged product.

We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the return if you exercise your right of withdrawal or if a refund has been decided in a complaint case.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that have the nature of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and grievances
Should the product be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do you go about making a complaint?
Any error or defect should always be complained to support@vrgaming.store stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we fail to rectify the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We pay for return shipping in case of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish Complaints Board, see arn.se.
7. Limitation of liability
We accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labour disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or non-delivery by the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to the products/product characteristics as modified by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
8. Product information
We reserve the right to make any typographical errors on this website as well as final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products as some colour difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as correctly as possible.
9. Information about cookies
According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you are visiting asks to be stored on your computer in order to provide access to various functions. 11. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted in connection with the order or visit to the website.
12. Disputes and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Swedish Complaints Board, see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be made online via the European Commission’s dispute mediation platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of the ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
