Extended open shopping during the Christmas season

In order for you to safely shop for your Christmas gifts now, we are extending our open purchase until 2024-01-31, applies to purchases made from 2024-11-20 to 2024-12-24
(Only applies to unbroken packaging and return costs will be added) .

Our top priority during Christmas is to ensure you receive your parcel on time. However, as delivery times can be slightly longer, we recommend that you try to shop for your Christmas gifts as early as possible.

We also encourage everyone to pick up their parcel from the agent as soon as possible to facilitate the agents in this period when more parcels than usual are sent. Please also note that the package must be collected within 7 days from the agent before it is returned, which will incur additional costs.
